Scriptural Basis for Binding Backlash

What is the scriptural basis for binding backlash after every prayer and intercession, especially spiritual warfare? First, we have authority BY Christ Jesus and His shed Blood. Many scriptures are listed below. Secondly, the devil and his underlings do not war fairly, and fiercely retaliate after any intercession – unless we stop them by taking authority by binding his backlash. Intercession and spiritual warfare make the enemy, the devil, incredibly angry – and demons will not hesitate to stop you from doing it again because he comes to steal, kill and destroy. Also, we see anything Godly or God-ordained by its fruit – to fail to bind backlash and you will see an attack on you and/or your loved ones. Remember to use the script every time and things will go much safer for all that concerns you.

Matt 6:19 “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Including backlash)

Job 34: 22 “There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves.” (We stop this darkness and expose it to the light)

Prov 26:2 “As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.” (We make sure any curse of the enemy is causeless by binding backlash and retaliation)

2 Cor 10:3-4 “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds…).” (We take authority in the spiritual realm against any retaliation)

Jer 1:10 “See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” (We must throw down and destroy Satan’s schemes)

Rev 12:11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…” (Jesus purchased for us this authority so we plead the Blood of Jesus as in a court of law against the devil and his cohorts; also as evidenced when the blood of a lamb was placed in the doorposts for the Hebrews in Egypt for protection against the enemy, we are expressing the fact that Jesus overcame by His Blood)

Neh 9:38 “And because of all this, We make a sure covenant and write it; Our leaders, our Levites, and our priests seal it.” (Prayers should be sealed)

John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (The thief, Satan, who is very retaliatory, comes to steal, kill and destroy after intercession because it does his plans harm)

Matt 17:20 “So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.’” (Jesus was admonishing the disciples that they needed to have faith to bind demons, that it was possible, and a part of ministry)

There are many scriptures in the New Testament that include demons talking to each other, hearing what we say and communicating that to each other, therefore we must bind what we said in intercession (what is not in tongues).
